Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev has signed an order to regulate the activities of educational institutions operating in Baku during the Thirteenth session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13).
This was reported to elchi by the Ministry of Science and Education.
According to the order, some changes will be made to the organization of the teaching and educational process in educational institutions operating in Baku (excluding preschool and boarding-type general education institutions) from May 17 to 22, when WUF13 will be held.
Thus, a holiday will be set for preschool groups and primary grades of general education institutions from May 18 to 22 (instead of May 1-5).
In addition, with the exception of the Pirallahi, Garadagh, Surakhani, Sabunchu, and Nizami districts, classes in grades V-XI of general education institutions operating in other districts of Baku will be held remotely from May 18 to 22.
At the same time, the order notes that teaching in vocational, secondary specialized, and higher education institutions located in Baku will also be organized remotely from May 18 to 22.
