The weather conditions in the country were mainly rainless, but there was intermittent precipitation in some western regions at night and in the morning.

It was stated that the amount of precipitation was 7 mm in Sadarak, 3 mm in Ordubad and Shahbuz, 2 mm in Sharur and Dashkasan, and 1 mm in Ganja, Nakhchivan, Julfa, Gadabay, Naftalan, Shamkir, Zagatala, and Tovuz.
In some places, a westerly wind is blowing, and the maximum wind speed is strengthening up to 17 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Khizi.
Fog is observed in Lerik, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Goygol, and Shamkir. Visibility is limited to 500 m.
