On April 18, a panel session titled “Uniting for Peace in Palestine: Combating the Destruction of the Education System and Protecting the Future” was organized within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum held in Antalya, Turkey.

First, the guests familiarized themselves with the stand of the African House of Culture. The purpose of the African House of Culture, established in 2016 at the initiative of First Lady of the Republic of Turkey Emine Erdogan, is to promote the handicrafts of African women, turn their activities into economic value, and strengthen cultural solidarity.
Held under the auspices of Turkey’s First Lady Emine Erdogan, the event began with the screening of a video dedicated to Palestine.
Speakers at the event stated that restoring a safe educational environment for children affected by the war, strengthening support mechanisms, and ensuring sustainability in education are of strategic importance for the future of the region.
In her speech, Turkey’s First Lady Emine Erdogan emphasized her confidence that the messages to be delivered at the event would be a beacon of hope for a new life for children who are victims of wars taking place in different parts of the world. Noting that children and youth are the hope and future of a nation, she touched upon the important role of resolutely fighting even the smallest factors that encourage violence.
Then, a commemorative photo was taken.
Afterward, the event participants viewed an exhibition dedicated to the destruction of the education system in Palestine as a result of the conflict.
