Two new deputies appointed to the Minister of Emergency Situations.
“Elchi” reports that Jabrayil Eldar oglu Khanlarov and Major General of Internal Service Yusif Mahmud oglu Nabiyev have been appointed as Deputy Ministers of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that Jabrayil Eldar oglu Khanlarov was born on 03.11.1972 in Baku. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and is a Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Yusif Mahmud oglu Nabiyev was born on 18.09.1982 in Baku. He graduated from Baku State University and is a Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
