Traffic congestion has occurred on a number of roads in Baku.
“Elchi” reports that the Intelligent Transport Management Center (ITMC) has released information regarding this.
Roads currently experiencing traffic congestion:
1. Babek Avenue, in the direction of the city center;
2. Mikayil Aliyev Street, from the Oil Refinery towards “Koroglu” metro station (up to the roundabout);
3. Sabunchu-Zabrat highway, in the direction of “Koroglu” metro station;
4. 1st Lake Side Road, in the direction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
5. Binagadi highway, in the direction of “Azadlig Prospekti” metro station;
6. Baku-Sumgayit highway, in the direction of “20 Yanvar” metro station;
7. Ali Mustafayev Street, in the direction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
8. Abdulvahab Salamzade Street, in the direction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
9. Tbilisi Avenue, from “20 Yanvar” metro station towards the city center;
10. 28 May Street, from the intersection with Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street;
11. Mikayil Mushfig Street, from “Badamdar” roundabout in the direction of school-lyceum No. 20;
12. Rashid Behbudov Street, in the direction of the Central Bank;
13. Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from the intersection with Muzaffar Narimanov Street in the direction of “20 Yanvar” metro station;
14. Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, congestion is observed up to the intersection with Azadlig Avenue.
