As we reported, 89-year-old Badirova Gultamam Zarbi gizi, living in the village of Bozayran in the Yardimli district, had appealed to our website regarding the condition of her house. An official statement was made to elchi from the Yardimli District Executive Power (RIH) regarding the issue. It was stated that the private residential house belonging to Badirova Gultamam Zarbi gizi was built in 1960:
“At the same time, the walls of the house are made of stone and raw brick. In addition, reinforced concrete structures were not used in the construction of the house. No major repairs have been carried out in the house. Since the house was not built in accordance with construction standards, vertical and inclined cracks have appeared in the load-bearing and partition walls. Funds for the repair of such houses are not provided for in the RIH.”
