Tramp: Bombing of Iran could be resumed

U.S. President Donald Trump has not ruled out the resumption and intensification of bombing against Iran after the midterm elections in November.

When asked about the possibility of new strikes after the elections, Trump replied, “It’s possible.” He also stated that the U.S. has large stockpiles of weapons and that his country is ready to transfer them to its allies.

During the interview, the American leader stated that it is impossible to achieve peace with Tehran, noting that he allowed for the “destruction” of Iran. Responding to a journalist’s question about previous statements regarding the destruction of Iran, Trump replied: “Yes, I would do it, it’s possible.”

Trump also emphasized that he did not consider Tehran’s proposal to open the Strait of Hormuz to be good enough.

In his interview, the U.S. president added that without his leadership, Saudi Arabia and Israel might have ceased to exist: “If I weren’t president, neither Saudi Arabia nor Israel would exist now. They would be wiped off the face of the earth.”

Speaking about weapon stockpiles, Trump noted that the U.S. has increased them over the past six months. According to him, after replenishing its own reserves, Washington will be able to transfer weapons to its allies.
