Within the framework of the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF 2026) held in Baku, the signing of 12 documents in various fields is planned.
“Elchi” reports that, according to the forum program, the documents cover investment, construction, renewable energy, industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, banking, digital technologies, and other areas.
A document on cooperation in the field of construction and development will be signed between the Ministry of Economy and “ROX Group”. The document will be signed by Deputy Minister of Economy Anar Axundov and a representative of “ROX Group”.
In addition, a document on cooperation regarding solar and wind energy projects in Azerbaijan is planned to be signed. The document will be signed by the Director of the State Agency for Renewable Energy Sources Javid Abdullayev and “ROX Group” representative Ta Ngoc Da.
A document will also be signed on a project for the production of silicon carbide, silicon oxide, and silicon based on new technology in the Alat Free Economic Zone. The document will be signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Alat Free Economic Zone Valeh Alasgarov and the founder of “Inovest AFEZCO” Vitali Yevdokimenko.
Within the framework of the forum, a document on the ABAK-WASSERSTEIN Swiss-Azerbaijan plantation and processing enterprise projects will also be signed. The document will be signed by the Head of the Agstafa District Executive Authority Seymur Orucov and a representative of the company “iCsquared GmbH” Zoltan Peter Stuçlik.
A document on the Aghdam Poultry Project will be signed between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, “AgroDairy”, and “AGROFERT”. The document will be signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund Ulvi Mansurov, General Director of “AgroDairy” LLC Niyazi Amirbayov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of “AGROFERT” Petr Çinar, and Board member Libor Nemeçek.
A document on the project for the production of veterinary vaccines will be signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund Ulvi Mansurov and the Director of “VETAL HAYVAN SAĞLIĞI ÜRÜNLERİ A.Ş.” Abdullah Tutak.
A document on the establishment of a pharmaceutical production facility will be signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund Ulvi Mansurov and the Financial Director of “Saneca Pharmaceuticals, a.s.” Ondrej Draqun.
A document on the acquisition of a non-voting share in “AzerTurk Bank” OJSC by the Azerbaijan-Oman Joint Investment Fund will also be signed. The document will be signed by the Acting Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding Dayanat Sadullayev and the General Manager for G2G Funds of the Oman Investment Authority Saif Al-Mahruqi.
Furthermore, the signing of a cooperation document between “Esyasoft”, SOCAR, and the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency is planned.
A document on strategic cooperation between SOCAR and the Italian Football Federation will also be signed. The document will be signed by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Italian Football Federation President Giovanni Malagò.
A document on cooperation in the field of investment promotion between Azerbaijan and Ukraine will be signed between AZPROMO and “UkraineInvest”.
In addition, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan and “Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited” is planned. The document will be signed by Deputy Minister of Economy Azer Bayramov and “Microsoft” General Manager for Romania, Moldova, and CIS countries Gabriela Popescu.
