A solemn swearing-in ceremony for young cadets was held at the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute, operating under the National Defense University (NDU).
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense.
It was noted that the Combat Flag was brought to the front of the formation accompanied by a military band at the event, which was attended by the leadership of the NDU and the institute, personnel, as well as the faculty.
Then, the dear memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland was commemorated with a minute of silence, and the National Anthem was played.
The speakers sincerely congratulated the cadets on taking the Military Oath, wished them success in their future military service, and advised them to be worthy children of the Azerbaijani people and to serve the Motherland, the people, and the Military Oath with constant loyalty. They also emphasized the importance of adhering to high discipline standards during the service for the future military personnel.
Those speaking on behalf of the cadets wished the newly admitted students success in their studies and expressed their satisfaction with the conditions created.
In the end, the cadets solemnly took an oath of loyalty to the Motherland.
