The results of admission to vacant plan places of higher education institutions have been announced.

It is stated that applicants (as well as sub-bachelors) can learn information about the competition results from the SEC’s website, as well as by sending their “work number” or the “7-digit code” from their electronic specialty selection application to 7727 via mobile numbers (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar).

18,086 people participated in the specialty selection to compete for vacant plan places in higher education institutions and secondary specialized education institutions based on full (11-year) secondary education. As a result of the competition, 390 people (including 167 sub-bachelors) were admitted to the vacant (1,760 places) plan places of higher education institutions, and 16,244 people were admitted to secondary specialized education institutions based on full secondary education.

According to the results of student admission to secondary specialized education institutions based on full secondary education, 87.92% of the plan places were filled. 2,231 (12.08%) places remained vacant.

In the second half of September 4, the list of those admitted to vacant places in higher education institutions will be presented in the 8th issue of the “Abituriyent” magazine, and the list of those admitted to secondary specialized education institutions based on full secondary education will be presented in the 9th issue of the “Abituriyent” magazine in electronic format (pdf).

Registration of admitted students is carried out only through the my.gov.az portal. For this purpose, the relevant service of the Ministry of Science and Education has been launched on the “mygov” platform. Registration for those admitted to vacant plan places in higher education institutions will continue from 11:00 on September 8 to 18:00 on September 15, and registration for those admitted to secondary specialized education institutions will continue from 15:00 on September 9 to 18:00 on September 17.

Admitted persons must first log in to their personal cabinets on the my.gov.az portal using mygov ID (unified login system) for registration. Then, they must select the Ministry of Science and Education from the “Institutions” category of the “Services” section of the portal and proceed to the “Registration of students for higher and secondary specialized education institutions” service provided there.

Failure to register within the specified period will be considered as the applicant’s refusal to be placed in the relevant specialty, and their admission order will not be sent to the higher or secondary specialized institution.

Information about the dates for specialty selection for vacant places in secondary specialized education institutions based on full (11-year) secondary education will be provided after the registration process for those admitted is completed.
