The Brazilian player was suspended for 3 matches, with 1 match being conditional, for receiving a direct red card due to aggressive behavior in the 31st minute of the “Sumgayit” – “Qarabag” match held in the III round of the Azerbaijan Premier League. In addition, the Aghdam representative was fined 3,000 AZN. A 6-month probationary period has been set for the midfielder.
Furthermore, “Sumgayit” club was fined 5,000 AZN because fans collectively shouted offensive expressions towards the opposing team during the mentioned match.
