Due to the repair works to be carried out, the side road of Moscow Avenue in Binagadi district (Bileceri downhill section) will be completely closed for the movement of vehicles.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads.
It is noted that the repair works will start on September 4 at 20:00.
“The restriction will remain in effect until the process is completed. Drivers are requested to use alternative routes during the specified period and to treat the ongoing repair works with understanding,” the statement said.
