Today, the selection process of apartments within the framework of the rent-to-own mechanism conducted by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has been successfully completed.
elchi reports that for the first time in Azerbaijan, during the mass selection of residential premises, the SİMA digital signature facial recognition technology was applied at the initiative of the MCGF. Thanks to the new solution, citizens confirmed their applications for residential premises using the biometric identification functionality of “SİMA Signature”.
This approach has contributed to ensuring the security and transparency of the process, the use of specialized software, as well as the prevention of potential abuses and the risk of external interference in the selection process of residential premises.
It should be noted that in today’s selection process, 184 new, fully renovated apartments located in a residential complex on Jafar Khandan Street, Binagadi district, Baku, were presented for selection by citizens. The residential premises were selected by citizens in the “Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee” system within 16 minutes and 22 seconds, and the applications were completed in accordance with the rules.
