elchi reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree to this effect.
According to the Decree, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan must approve the Statute of the Reserve within three months, determine the boundaries and protection zone of the Reserve, determine the special regime of the Reserve’s territory and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, take the necessary measures for the logistical support of the Reserve, and resolve other issues arising from this Decree.
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the management of the Reserve and take the necessary measures to resolve other issues arising from this Decree.
The financing of the necessary expenses required to ensure the activities of the Reserve must be carried out at the expense of the funds allocated for the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
