“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision in this regard.
According to the decision, mopeds will be subject to state registration and will be recorded in the registry.
Furthermore, mopeds will undergo technical inspection in accordance with the “Model Regulation on the rules for conducting state technical inspection of vehicles and their trailers.”
