The bodies that will conduct state monitoring of water bodies have been determined.
elchi reports that the Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Regulations on the conduct of state monitoring of the environment and natural resources” in this regard.
According to the decision, state monitoring of water bodies will be carried out by the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan, and monitoring of fishery water bodies for fishery purposes will be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture together with the relevant state bodies (institutions).
