The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Amounts of customs duties”.
According to elchi, based on the decision, in addition to the established customs duties, customs duties in the relevant amounts will be charged for placing the following goods under the customs procedure for release for free circulation:
Except for imports as raw materials for production purposes in industrial parks by legal entities that are residents of industrial parks located in the liberated territories, based on the supporting document of the Ministry of Economy, for 1 ton of bars made of iron or non-alloy steel – 150 manats;
– for 1 ton of non-reinforced glass – 100 manats.
This Decision is valid until December 31, 2026.
