Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko stated that there are some issues regarding prisoner exchange and lifting of sanctions in the negotiations with the US.

“There is progress on many issues, although certain issues, as they say, the exchange of political prisoners for the lifting of sanctions, and so on,” Lukashenko said.
Earlier, Lukashenko had warned of provocations on the border with Latvia.
