We also highly appreciate your determined efforts in promoting the peace agenda and ensuring sustainable development in the South Caucasus. The results of the historic trilateral meeting held at the White House on August 8 last year at your initiative created an entirely new positive atmosphere and situation in our region. Azerbaijan and Armenia are now living in peace and building trade relations. At the same time, I would like to specifically note your country’s continued support for the realization of infrastructure projects serving stability and prosperity in the region, especially the ‘Trump International Peace and Prosperity Route,’ which will ensure an alternative, reliable, and secure connection between Asia and Europe,” the President emphasized.
