The State Examination Center will hold entrance exams for higher education institutions for the II and III specialty groups on July 5.

It was stated that the exams will be organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Agstafa, Gazakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zagatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Masalli, Guba, and Khachmaz.
Starting from June 25, participants can print their “Exam Admit Card” from the State Examination Center’s website.
The “Exam Admit Card” contains information such as the date of the exam, city (district), building, hall, start time, and the time the applicant should arrive at the exam building.
We remind applicants once again that the exam starts at 10:00.
The admission regime ends 15 minutes before the start of the exam – at 09:45, and participants arriving after this time are not allowed into the exam building.
To ensure that participants enter the exam building comfortably, different arrival times have been set for the building, and that time is indicated on the participant’s admit card. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time indicated on the admit card.
Applicants must bring the following documents to the exam:
– Exam admit card;
– Original identity document.
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) must bring their ID card;
b) Foreigners and stateless persons must bring their residence permits issued by the State Migration Service, and foreign citizens who have received refugee status and their family members must bring their refugee cards;
– Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card must bring, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution with a photo attached (a 3×4 cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and stamped).
A total of 172 exam buildings and 3074 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exam will be held. 172 general exam supervisors, 491 exam supervisors, 3808 invigilators, 554 admission regime staff, and 172 building representatives have been involved in managing the exams.
It is expected that a total of 41,622 applicants will participate in the exam, with 18,908 in the II specialty group and 22,714 in the III specialty group.
67 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, etc.) will also participate in the exam. Special halls have been allocated in the exam buildings for their comfort, and individual invigilators have been assigned to persons identified as visually impaired due to 81-100 percent impairment of body functions. Conditions have also been created for the entry and movement of applicants with limited mobility in the building and hall. In addition, special training has been conducted for the invigilators assigned to participants with disabilities.
Currently, training seminars are being held with other invigilators, exam supervisors, and security personnel who will participate in the exams in the mentioned cities and districts. All exam buildings are being inspected, and necessary conditions are being created in the exam halls for applicants to take the exam comfortably. In order to ensure security, the exam centers will be re-inspected on July 4, and the exam halls, entrance and exit doors, and buildings will be sealed and handed over to the protection of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
