According to the information as of 12:00, lightning is flashing and it is raining intermittently in most parts of the country.

“Elchi” reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service has released information regarding this.

In some areas, the precipitation is intensive and heavy.

The amount of precipitation recorded was 43 mm in Yardimli (93% of the monthly norm), 40 mm in Shamakhi (64% of the monthly norm), 30 mm in Ismayilli, 26 mm in Lerik (55% of the monthly norm), 26 mm in Gabala, 22 mm in Beylagan (82% of the monthly norm), 22 mm in Khizi, 20 mm in Gakh (Saribash) and Lankaran (45% of the monthly norm), 18 mm in Bilasuvar (90% of the monthly norm), 18 mm in Imishli (66% of the monthly norm), 18 mm in Shusha and Fuzuli, 16 mm in Shahdag, 15 mm in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula (150% of the monthly norm), 13 mm in Sabirabad (47% of the monthly norm), 12 mm in Neftchala (101% of the monthly norm), 12 mm in Astara, 11 mm in Gobustan, 10 mm in Jalilabad, Guba, and Gadabay, 9 mm in Zagatala and Gusar, 8 mm in Oguz, Shirvan, Dashkasan, and Shaki (Kishchay), 7 mm in Julfa, 5 mm in Shabran and Jabrayil, 4 mm in Shahbuz, 3 mm in Nakhchivan and Tovuz, 2 mm in Naftalan, Goygol, Aghdam, Kurdamir, and Lachin, and up to 1 mm in Khachmaz, Balakan, Sharur, Ordubad, Goranboy, Shamkir, Ganja, Tartar, Barda, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Zardab, Kalbajar, Khojaly, Zangilan, Khankendi, and Gubadli.

In some places, a north-west wind is blowing, with maximum wind speeds reaching 25 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 21 m/s in Naftalan, 19 m/s in Goranboy, 18 m/s in Ganja, 16 m/s in Sharur and Julfa, and 15 m/s in Shaki.
