US President Donald Trump is ready to submit the text of the memorandum with Iran to the US Congress for discussion.
elchi reports, citing US media, that he stated this during a meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
However, Trump did not specify when Congress would be able to access the documents.
“I had never thought about it, but I will submit it to Congress. I like this idea. Please, submit it to Congress,” he said, addressing his aides.
Earlier, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that an agreement had been reached between the US and Iran. According to him, the document is planned to be signed on June 19 in Switzerland, and the parties have already agreed to cease military operations.
