The Mugan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a facility civil defense exercise at the “Saatli District Central Hospital” Public Legal Entity on the topic of “Organization of management of civil defense bodies and forces during the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations.”
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry, the relevant forces and personnel of the MES Mugan Regional Center, the Saatli District Fire Protection Unit, the “Saatli District Central Hospital” Public Legal Entity, and the Saatli district station of the TABIB Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid Center were involved in the exercise.
The purpose of the exercise was to check the level of readiness of the facility’s civil defense forces for rapid response to emergency situations and to coordinate joint activities in crisis situations, to improve the knowledge and skills of the command staff in management, and to instill practical skills in the personnel regarding warning and assembly.
During the event, activities related to a simulated emergency situation that occurred on the facility’s premises were carried out, a “fire-rescue operation” was executed in coordination with the ministry’s forces, and reports on functional duties were heard.
After the successfully conducted exercise, the results obtained were discussed, and relevant instructions were given.
