President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam.

Friendly Vietnam has achieved significant success in ensuring economic development, improving the well-being of its population, and enhancing its international prestige.
Relations between Azerbaijan and Vietnam are based on traditions of mutual respect, trust, and friendship. The intensification of high-level contacts and the expansion of political dialogue in recent years have created favorable conditions for broader cooperation.
