Due to the organization of monitoring for 4th grades on June 5 and 6th grades on June 6, the teaching process in general education institutions designated as centers in the capital will be conducted in a remote (distance) format.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated by the Baku City Education Department in response to an inquiry from APA.
It was noted that on June 5, for all other classes except 4th grades in 108 monitoring centers, and on June 6, in schools operating on a 6-day work schedule, for all other classes except 6th grades, the teaching process will be conducted in a remote (distance) format to ensure the continuity of education.
It was noted that the monitoring results do not affect students’ summative assessments or their promotion to the next grade.
It was also stated that monitoring will be carried out among more than 300,000 4th and 6th-grade students across the country to assess the knowledge and skills of learners. In total, 13,552 students are expected to participate in computer-based monitoring.
