According to the news from “Elchi”, this is reflected in the amendment to the law “On the list of items that can belong to certain participants of civil circulation and whose circulation is permitted based on a special permit (items with restricted civil circulation),” for which President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on its implementation.
