Electronic cigarettes and their components have been included in the list of items prohibited from civil circulation (removed from civil circulation).
According to “Elchi”, this is reflected in the amendment to the Law “On the list of items prohibited from civil circulation (removed from civil circulation)” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 338-VIIQD dated December 30, 2025, “On amendments to the Tax Code, the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On tobacco and tobacco products’, ‘On advertising’, and ‘On restriction of the use of tobacco products'”, the import, export, production, storage, wholesale and retail sale, and use of electronic cigarettes and their components have been prohibited. Thus, a corresponding harmonizing amendment has also been made to the Law “On the list of items prohibited from civil circulation (removed from civil circulation)”.
