Italian club Juventus plans to sign goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who is currently on loan, from English club Tottenham.
“Elchi” reports, citing “Tuttosport”, that the management of the Turin club is satisfied with the performance and leadership qualities of the 30-year-old goalkeeper.
The player’s transfer is considered practically resolved. The management’s decision was also influenced by the injury of another goalkeeper, Kamil Grabara.
Juventus has loaned G. Vicario until the end of the season in August 2026. The contract terms also include a purchase option of 8 million euros.
It should be noted that the goalkeeper has kept a clean sheet in 5 out of 12 matches played in the 2026/2027 season. The portal “Transfermarkt” estimates his value at 12 million euros.
