The body of a person who drowned in the sea in Bilgah settlement, Sabunchu district, Baku city, has been found.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
It was stated that the body of Nizam Rufat oglu Kazimov, born in 2000, who drowned on August 1 in an uncontrolled area of the sea in Bilgah settlement, known as “Dachnik” and located 2 km away from the nearest water rescue station, was discovered on the shore.
