According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Ukraine is the only country in the world where one of the official UN languages is banned in all spheres of life.
elchi reports that, according to him, many Western representatives do not mention the necessity of returning to universally accepted rules regarding language and religion when communicating with Kyiv.
“Ukraine is the only country that bans an entire language, an official UN language, in all spheres of life,” Lavrov stated.
The diplomat pointed out that Hebrew is not banned in Arab countries, and Israel has no issues with either Arabic or Persian. This situation exists only in Ukraine.
