The European Commission will allocate 2.62 billion euros to Romania.
“Elchi” reports that European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote about this on her “X” social media account.
“Your efforts in the field of reforms have been rewarded. Today, we have approved a positive preliminary assessment of Romania’s fourth payment request for 2.62 billion euros under the Recovery and Resilience Facility. Romania has satisfactorily fulfilled 38 milestones and 24 targets,” she noted.
