According to the information provided to elchi by the Ministry, a total of 100 questions were presented to the candidates in the three-hour exam, including 80 questions on legislation and 20 questions on logical reasoning. Each question on legislation was evaluated at 1 point, and each question on logical reasoning at 0.5 points, with a passing score of 55.
Out of 119 candidates who participated in the exam, 95 succeeded and gained the chance to participate in the next stage. Candidates were able to view their scores immediately upon completing the test exam.
It should be noted that successful candidates must submit the documents required by law to participate in the interview stage of the competition within 15 business days, from 9:00 to 18:00, to the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Justice (1 Inshaatchilar Avenue, Baku).

Candidates who meet the requirements established by the Law “On Service in Judicial Bodies” based on the documents submitted will be admitted to the second stage of the competition and will be interviewed individually. Candidates will be informed in advance about the time and place of the interview.
The Appeals Commission regarding exam results will operate from May 8 to 12, from 14:00 to 17:00, at the main administrative building of the State Examination Center (Address: 299 Academic Hasan Aliyev Street, Nasimi district, Baku).
