The date and agenda of the next Milli Majlis meeting have been announced.
“Elchi” reports that the agenda for the parliament meeting to be held on April 21 includes the following issues:
1. Report on the activities of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2025.
2. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
3. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information” and “On Media” (third reading).
4. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
5. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Enforcement Officers”, “On Enforcement” and “On Encumbrance of Movable Property”.
6. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Narcological Service and Control” (second reading).
