“Elchi” reports that a protest is being held in front of the Kyiv city administration building.
It should be noted that earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also criticized Klichko, stating that Kyiv was less prepared for winter, especially for the readiness of critical infrastructure, compared to other regions.
