Houthis have unilaterally released 159 captives.
elchi reports that the International Committee of the Red Cross announced this.
It was stated that the organization spoke with each captive before their release, informed their families, and offered them assistance to return home.
It should be noted that fighting is ongoing in Yemen between the Houthis and the coalition forces led by Saudi Arabia.
