The process of the US lifting sanctions against Russia will continue, the diesel deal was just the first step.
According to “UNIAN”, this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Unfortunately, they will not be able to stop Putin this way. On the contrary, he is happy to receive such support,” Zelensky said.
He also expressed hope that US President Donald Trump will do everything to stop Russia’s attacks.
Zelensky also emphasized that it is impossible to achieve a cessation of hostilities by reducing pressure on Russia.
It should be noted that a few days before the entry into force of the “Lindsey Graham Act”, which provides for the intensification of sanctions against Russia and Iran, US President Donald Trump signed a decision to exclude Moscow from this act.
Tramp announced a while ago that Russia will export 300,000 tons of diesel to the world market.
