A meeting has begun in Oslo, the capital of Norway, between the delegation led by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US President’s Special Envoy Steve Utkoff.

Later, it is expected that Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb will join the talks.
The Ukrainian delegation also includes Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov, his deputies Serhiy Kyslytsya and Pavlo Halai, as well as the Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
