elchi reports that the Cabinet of Ministers has made relevant amendments to the “Rules for the military registration of conscripts and military personnel” in this regard.
Currently, state bodies (including consulates), local executive authorities, local self-government bodies, and enterprises, institutions, and organizations established in accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan or a foreign state, regardless of their ownership and organizational-legal form, including their branches and representative offices, as well as educational institutions, are responsible for the military registration of conscripts and military personnel for the purpose of staffing the Azerbaijan Army and other armed formations established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
