During the phone conversation, satisfaction was expressed with the development of friendship, brotherhood, and strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, and the role of regular high-level meetings and consultations in further strengthening bilateral relations was noted.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif once again emphasized the great respect and esteem of the Pakistani people for President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan.
During the conversation, the importance of accompanying the existing high-level political relations with the expansion of cooperation in economic, trade, and investment fields was noted.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan expressed satisfaction with the activity of the service center established in Islamabad based on Azerbaijan’s “ASAN xidmət” model and requested support from the Azerbaijani side for the application of this experience in other regions of Pakistan.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his consent to provide the necessary support in this direction.
Thanking the head of state for this, the Prime Minister of Pakistan assessed this support from Azerbaijan as another clear example of friendship and solidarity between our countries.
During the phone conversation, Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts in promoting dialogue, mediation, and de-escalation at regional and international levels in recent times were appreciated.
