A joint multinational special forces training, “Endless Brotherhood – V”, was held with the participation of Azerbaijani, Uzbek, and Turkish special forces.
According to the news provided to elchi from the Ministry of Defense, our servicemen, representing our country with dignity in the training held in the Republic of Uzbekistan, demonstrated high combat readiness and professionalism.
The training, held with the aim of strengthening security, stability, and military cooperation in the region, focused on increasing mutual experience exchange between the special forces units of the brotherly countries, and compatibility in planning and executing joint operations.
According to the plan, participants carried out combat operations in mountainous terrain and settlements, infiltration behind enemy lines, reconnaissance and search missions, seizure of important facilities, liberation of hostages during counter-terrorism operations and protection of strategic objects, as well as firing exercises with small arms of various calibers, sniper rifles, and special equipment in daylight and nighttime conditions.
Major General Alakbar Jahangirov, Commander of the Azerbaijani Special Forces, who observed the final phase of the event together with the training leadership, highly praised the skills and readiness level of our special forces.
In the end, a group of servicemen who distinguished themselves during the execution of the tasks set in the joint training were awarded, and commemorative photos were taken.
