The Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (“AIIF 2026”) has commenced in Baku under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
“Elchi” reports that the Forum has brought together the world’s leading investors, representatives of state and international financial institutions, and business leaders.
The Forum, held in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Economy and “The European House – Ambrosetti & TEHA Group,” will last for 2 days. The event is dedicated to the theme “Restoring Trust in a Fragmented World: The South Caucasus as a Pillar of Global Connectivity and Investment Stability.” The Forum serves as an important platform for building new partnerships, attracting investments, and creating new economic opportunities. The goal is to establish partnerships on specific projects and form joint action mechanisms that serve mutual prosperity.
Sessions organized within the framework of the Forum will discuss the impact of global economic and geopolitical processes on economic growth and investments, Azerbaijan’s strategic position against this backdrop, regional connectivity and investment opportunities, and prospects for cooperation in various fields.
Within the framework of the international economic event, it is planned to sign and exchange documents regarding cooperation between Azerbaijani institutions and various foreign companies and partners.
The Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum is expected to contribute to the promotion of new investment directions and cooperation opportunities, the expansion of Azerbaijan’s role in regional economic connectivity, and the realization of promising projects.
