The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about the drowning of 2 people in an uncontrolled area in the sea, 700 meters away from the nearest rescue station in Lokbatan settlement, Garadagh district, Baku.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Immediately upon receiving the information, diver-rescuers of the State Service for Control over Small Vessels and Water Rescue of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were involved in the search operations.
As a result of the search, the bodies of Ziyafat Kamal gizi Gurbanova (born in 1977) and Nurlana Muradkhan gizi Mammadova (born in 1986) were found in the water by divers, recovered, and handed over to the relevant authorities.
