President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov has awarded President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with Kyrgyzstan’s highest state award – the Order of Manas.
elchi reports that speaking at the presentation ceremony of state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov spoke about the successes achieved by Azerbaijan during the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
Sadyr Japarov stated that modern Azerbaijan is a strong state playing an important role in international processes. According to him, during the years of Ilham Aliyev’s leadership, Azerbaijan has achieved significant success in strengthening statehood, developing the economy, and implementing large-scale projects.
President of Kyrgyzstan noted that thanks to Ilham Aliyev’s support and unwavering efforts aimed at bringing the two countries closer, the brotherly nations have built a true strategic partnership based on strong friendship and mutual development.
“Today, our relations have risen to a qualitatively new level and have acquired an allied character,” he emphasized.
Sadyr Japarov added that Ilham Aliyev’s role in developing ties between Central Asia and the South Caucasus is of particular importance. He stated that Azerbaijan’s participation in the Consultative Meetings of the Heads of State of Central Asia opens up new opportunities for expanding cooperation in trade, economic, transport, and energy sectors.
President of Kyrgyzstan also noted that Ilham Aliyev consistently works towards establishing lasting peace, strengthening stability, and creating a new environment for cooperation in the region.
“Your commitment to strengthening friendship between our countries commands great respect. It is for this reason that I have decided to award my dear friend and brother, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, honorable Ilham Heydar oglu Aliyev, with the highest state award of the Kyrgyz Republic – the Order of Manas,” Sadyr Japarov said.
