As a result of the measures taken in the direction of privatization and leasing of state property in January-June 2026, a total of 131 million manats was paid to the state budget.

It was stated that 32 auctions were held for the privatization of state property during the reporting period. Through these auctions, share packages of 3 joint-stock companies, 2 small state enterprises, 1 unfinished construction, and 520 vehicles were privatized. Revenues to the state budget from privatization amounted to 102.8 million manats.
In the first half of the year, the State Service concluded 2,366 new lease agreements, 282 of which were for non-residential premises and 2,084 for land plots. During the reporting period, the payment of 28.2 million manats to the state budget from the leasing of state real estate (non-residential and land plots) was ensured.
