In the first half of the current year, 547 vehicles powered by electric motors worth 14 million 442.23 thousand US dollars were imported to Azerbaijan.

In the corresponding period of last year, 929 electric vehicles worth 31 million 625.36 thousand dollars were imported to Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that in the first half of 2026, a total of 33 thousand 772 vehicles worth 675 million 957.61 thousand dollars were imported into the country. Compared to the same period last year, the import of these vehicles decreased by 34.7% in quantity and 29.6% in value.
