The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has extended condolences to Jordan regarding the armed attack on a church in the city of Karak.

It was stated that Azerbaijan extends its deep condolences to the government and people of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and condemns violence against places of worship and attacks targeting civilians.
The Ministry expressed solidarity with Jordan, offered condolences to the families of the deceased, and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
