In January-June 2026, 475 rental agreements were formalized under the rent-to-own mechanism.
This was reported to elchi by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).
As of July 1, 2026, the housing conditions of 9,545 families have been improved through this mechanism. More than 60 percent of the citizens who have become homeowners are youth and young families.
In total, to date, the Fund has provided apartments to citizens under the rent-to-own mechanism at 17 locations (8 in Baku, 6 in Absheron district, 3 in Sumgayit city).
