Türkiye is making efforts for the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine, the Iran crisis, and the establishment of a lasting ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
“Elchi” reports that Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated this during his meeting with Finnish President Alexander Stubb in Ankara.
The talks took place on the eve of the NATO summit, which will be attended by leaders of the alliance’s 32 member countries.
The statement released by the Turkish leader’s Communications Directorate regarding the outcome of the talks notes: “President Erdoğan stated that Türkiye is making efforts for the resolution of the conflict surrounding Iran and the war in Ukraine through dialogue, as well as for ensuring a lasting ceasefire in Gaza and the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the region.”
