The death toll in France amid anomalous heat has reached 2,025.
This was announced by French Health Minister Agnès Firmin-Le Bodo on the air of the TF1 TV channel.
According to her, the number of deaths occurring at home has increased by 91 percent compared to the previous week.
The minister noted that there has been a significant increase in mortality among people over 45 years of age.
