The German Federal Foreign Office has sharply criticized the “retaliatory strike” launched by the Russian Armed Forces against Ukraine and promised to increase pressure on Moscow.

Germany’s Foreign Ministry has once again accused Russia of being unwilling to negotiate. Against this backdrop, Berlin has promised to “further increase pressure on Russia together with its partners.”
The statement also notes that Germany will continue its support for Ukraine. The text states that this support will be one of the main topics of the NATO summit to be held in Ankara next week.
It should be recalled that on the night of July 2 (Thursday), Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv using ballistic missiles and UAVs. As a result, at least 18 people were killed and another 85 were injured.
